bonzzz provides website planning, website building, and local search visibility and reputation growth services for small businesses. Our services include a free website launch plan questionnaire, website development, and ongoing local visibility management. We act as an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any third-party platform, search engine, or software vendor.
3. The Website Launch Plan
The website launch plan is a free questionnaire designed to help us understand your business and recommend a practical next step. Completing the questionnaire does not create a binding commitment from either party. Any website development work, scope, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed separately after we review your answers and both parties agree to proceed.
4. Local Search Visibility & Reputation Growth Service
Our local visibility service is offered at $497 per month. This is an ongoing service focused on improving your business presence in local search results. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, placement on Google Maps, traffic volume, lead volume, or revenue results. Local search visibility depends on many factors including competition, proximity, business reputation, profile accuracy, and market conditions. We manage the factors within our control and report on meaningful activity, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed by any ethical provider.
5. Your Responsibilities
To receive the best results, you agree to provide accurate and current business information when requested. This may include business details, service descriptions, service areas, brand assets, and access to relevant accounts when appropriate. You are responsible for maintaining ownership and control of your domain, hosting, and business accounts. We will never ask you to share passwords through any form on this website. When account access is required, we will guide you through a secure process.
6. Payment and Billing
For paid services, billing is handled through secure third-party payment processors. Monthly recurring services are billed in advance. Annual plans may be offered at a discounted rate. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we will notify you and may pause services until payment is resolved. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
7. Content and Approvals
For public-facing content including posts, photos, offers, and review responses, we can include a client approval step in our workflow. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content in a timely manner. If you do not respond to approval requests within a reasonable period, we may proceed with content that reflects previously approved direction. You retain the right to request changes to any public-facing content we create on your behalf.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials created by bonzzz for your business remain your property upon full payment of any applicable fees. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. The bonzzz name, logo, and proprietary processes are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
bonzzz provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. No Guarantee of Results
Search engine rankings, local visibility, lead generation, and business outcomes are influenced by factors outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any specific ranking position, traffic level, number of leads, number of calls, or revenue figure. Our commitment is to provide a consistent, accountable process designed to improve your local presence over time.
11. Termination
You may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate or suspend services if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our business, clients, or partners.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the bottom of this page and, where appropriate, notify active clients. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bonzzz operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
